About the Author

Patricia Moody has written numerous books during a 30-year career in industry and as a consultant whose clients include British Petroleum and Motorola. She has taught at undergraduate and graduate levels and is a frequent speaker at business conferences. Boards she serves on include Inside Supply Management, Sloan Management Review, and Ketera Technologies. She holds an MBA from Simmons College.
